A one day interactive, friendly workshop for those that would like to learn how Mindfulness can be applied to everyday life to restore your sense of balance and freedom.

    Having attended my first ever Mindfulness session, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Set in a wonderful location on Church Road, in Hove, the room was enveloped in incense and I immediately felt relaxed and ready to conquer my worries and negative thoughts.

    I’ve definitely found new ways of coping with anxiety and stress. The three minute breathing exercise will certainly be my morning ritual!

    This was an amazing workshop. I would highly recommend and attend future workshops.
    Paula and John had a great presence in the room which made sharing thoughts much easier and comfortable than I had expected. I am a great ‘keep it to myself’ person so while sharing felt a tad unusual it was nice to make that small step. Since the workshop I have practised my learnings and found that these tools have already had a positive influence on my life.
